3D Seminars for AV Professionals
Register Now!
InfoComm 2010, June 9-11

Stereoscopic 3D has exploded on the consumer front and this 3D technology explosion will impact the AV industry’s perception and use of 3D in professional markets. 3D Comm at InfoComm is designed to showcase the latest in 3D equipment, offer education and training on 3D technologies and markets, and enable AV professionals to take advantage of 3D business opportunities on the horizon. If 3D will be a factor in your business future, 3D Comm is for you!

3D Comm will be held during the regular exhibition hours at the world’s largest professional AV trade show, InfoComm 2010, running from June 9-11 in Las Vegas, Nevada. 3D Comm consists of three elements -- 3D Technology Pavilion, 3D Technology Showcase, and 3D Technology Seminars.

Talk of stereoscopic 3D is everywhere and for good reason. Many see this as a powerful tool for professional applications and as compelling entertainment for consumer applications. “We expect 3D to become much more important in the education community, in professional entertainment and in home theaters in 2010,” said Insight Media President, Chris Chinnock. “The wide variety of 3D seminars detailed below are designed to provide attendees with the knowledge they need to assess 3D markets, to understand the trends and technology and to make informed decisions about products and business development opportunities. In addition, we have asked our world-class team of instructors to provide practical knowledge geared to the needs of ProAV, providing really useful information from beginners to experts.”

The 3D Comm Seminars will be run outside the exhibition floor in a classroom setting. These 60-90 minute sessions will focus on providing unbiased information on many aspects of the 3D ecosystem, helping attendees gain critical knowledge about technology, markets, applications and uses of 3D. Several of the courses are being offered more than once, as indicated by the number following the seminar title in the schedule below. Seminar registration on or before June 4 is $129 for InfoComm members and $169 for non-members. After June 4, registration is $199. The 3D Comm Seminar schedule is listed below.
