Insight Media and Silverado will be presenting a 3D training course, "3D for Independent Cinema" on Saturday, October 2nd, 2010, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Folsom Lake College, Folsom, CA. Upon registration, you will receive detailed instructions on class location, lunch availability, and parking.

The course will cover the following:

• Basics of Stereovision and Human Factors (with 3D demos)
• 3D Content Creation (with 3D demos)
• 3D Encoding, Distribution and Home Electronics
• Direct View Stereoscopic Displays
• Projection Stereoscopic Displays
• Gear Considerations for Independent Production & Post Production

The course, presented by Chris Chinnock, President of Insight Media, will also have displays on-hand to demonstrate 3D production and post-production equipment.
